Everything about this property was excellent for our family. The check-in/out process and ststems could use an update. It took too long to check in and out. Whatever anyone needs is here at this resort. Activities were plentiful, shopping options were great, the multiple pools with options for adults only, the kids water park, and the Barcy Water Park for infants/toddlers to enjoy. The resort has an layout that makes it easy to find the locations you are looking for. The staff are excellent and they go out of their way to assist you, even if your Spanish isn't the best. We booked excursions on site and saved money. The concierge was friendly and helpful. I would suggest that you make dinner reservations upon arrival fornthe nights you want to eat at a restaurant. The buffets are good options and the Dominican food side is the best (of course). Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we will come back...with friends.
Can't beat this view for a morning walk after breakfast.
Voted one of the best beaches in the DR.

I wanted so badly to love this resort. I have stayed at 2 other all inclusive punta Cana resorts, so I hoped it would at least be on par with the others. Let me start by saying I expected the food to be bad.. I didn’t expect it to be that bad. Place has giant roaches all over.. pools are filthy covered in old plastic cups from lazy guests.. that are just lining the pool and also IN the pool floating. I traveled with my family, and their AC gave them an issue daily. Beaches were covered in cigarette buds, trash and piles of seaweed. Staff also came off rude and annoyed at times. Simply I’d never go back. Go to the RIU- it’s outdated but I had a much better experience.

All the staff was very friendly. The bellboys staff provided us with valuable information about how everything works at the hotel, such as the locations of the restaurants, pool hours, the disco, etc. I loved the gardens they were well maintained and clean. The bathroom needs renovation (the fixtures are in poor condition and should be replaced). The cleanliness also needs more supervision; there was dust on the doors and the bed. My son was playing and hid under the bed, coming out covered in dust. That room needs a deep cleaning. The stairs in our building were never cleaned.

Pros: Hotel is beautiful, friendly staff, great amenities, there is a lot of activities for all ages. Cons: Food wasn’t good at the buffets, only at the specialty restaurants and they were overbooked. Japanese restaurant was our favorite. Hotel was too crowded.
