The hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The location is also great. There was a lot of seaweed growing in the sea. I wish it was a little cleaner. The room was clean, larger than usual, and comfortable. The hotel service was average, but it would be nice if they were a little friendlier and smiley. It's rare to get through to the service by phone.

The pool had a lot of sand in it and a lot of broken tiles. At check in they said we were VIP customers but there was nothing special. Staff was not too friendly, we have been to other resorts in Punta Cana where all the staff was lovely. Also i recommend guests put your perfume in the safe. My perfume went missing.
