The peace and safety that I felt I liked most, the food menu I disliked, it wasn’t a lot of option for me that I have lactose intolerance, also I look for more Dominican Food

Our 53rd Anniversary Experience

Our stay was exceptional except for the housekeeping and the fact that we were suppose to have a king size bed, but instead we had a room with three beds. The first day we had no wash cloths in our room, one day we had one towel no wash cloths and no bath mat to step on when getting out of the tub. However, the personnel at the desk, the servers, cooks, porters and hotel transportation were all fantastic. There was not any night life on the grounds such as a club or dancing

Where do it start? I book this resort for my 50th birthday. I stayed from May 5th to May 9th. My flight into DR on JetBlue was smooth. I arrived at the resort around 3:30pm due to the airport long line. Upon arrival at the resort. There was a wait to check in due to one person being at the resort front desk. That was a 20 minute wait. When it was my turn to check in. My room was not ready. I was told that I could get something to eat at one of the restaurants buffets until 5:30pm. By that time I’m finished eating my room should be ready. I went to get something to eat. When i reached the restaurant buffet it was closed that was at 5pm. I decided to explore the resort. The resort is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful nice large size resort. At first sight I fell in love with the beach. I knew that would be where I would be spending my time while on vacation. The pool is big. It’s clean. I notice throughout my stay they cleaned both beach and pool. In the early morning. Back to my room situation. Once I was done exploring the resort. I made my way to the front desk. My room was finally ready after 2 hour wait. There was a elevator I took to my room. The elevator was clean. My room was big. Like a master bedroom. The only thing. I was unable to enjoy the patio. I love the location on my room. I wanted to be the beach. I’m glad I wasn’t. I was tucked away nice a quiet. My room was cleaned daily. Entertainment every night. The main area of the resort was busy. In a good way.

Expecting adults only but with public beach access almost kids daily. The mini bar did not include any rum and sodas were not restocked, only water and coffee. At restaurants when coke was ordered it was either diet or cherry 50% of the time. Resort was clean and at the right price would go again.

Everything was very good at the resort the only thing I would suggest would be that they need to maybe in the room have a list of things that you can do on the resort things that you can sign up for excursions what is going on at the theaters
