We were particularly impressed by the high level of security at the resort. We felt very safe during our stay. The staff was great and Guest Services were great problem solvers. We plan on going back next summer.

Everyone was friendly. Especially Francia one of the Front Desk receptionist. She was excellent and very helpful. The room was pleasant enough and clean. The pool was great! I cannot swim and I enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach. Overall, it was a great week.

The staff, the food, the views from our room were all amazing!! We had an amazing time at this hotel and all the staff (from the check in, the cleaning staff, the bartenders, the staff in the buffet and restaurants) treated us so nicely!!!

I have stayed here for the past few years and cannot say enough on how beautiful the beach is, the pool is refreshing and best, the staff is amazing and if you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place! The train to the family side is always a fun ride. Something for everyone at this property. Golf, soccer, baseball, pools, beaches, casino, food, and amenities like spa. Always treated very well! Staff is like family!

We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the bartenders. The room cleaning staff was a disappointment. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, we called the office and no one brought it. We finally had to go out and find someone and get paper from them. This was prettt par for the course of the trip when it came to towels and room refreshments.

The Front staff are great. I tipped the maids and my room was treated like absolute garbage my towels were thrown on the counter. My sheets were re used from the night before. The bed was made but I could feel the sand from the night before. My coffee cups were still dirty. So let’s say I didn’t use that service as much. Food was okay and make sure you make a reservation for the restaurants if your not a premium level guest.
