I think this place could be a lot more fun if there were more activities for guests. The sports bar especially needs music — it felt too quiet for a place where people go to relax and have fun. When someone tried to play some music, security was called instead, which really ruined the atmosphere. We came to have a good time, not to deal with that kind of situation. Hopefully management can make some improvements so it’s a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

The staff there were just amazing, they just showed up everytime you would think you needed something. From Walter (our personal host) to the bartenders, to the front desk staff- it’s like they read your minds. I would definitely book again when I come back!

people there is so friendless specially the one in the front desk first day everything is OK but after that, they act so ignorant, trying so hard for you to get the membership and then if you say no they get so mad at you and they won’t do anything for you unless you give them the tip. I had the ocean view room the room, stank safe didn’t work the telephone to get room service. They don’t work either. There were no water for me to drink in there didn’t like it at all.

I wasn’t impressed with the food but it was good and the buffet area was always clean! The AC in the room didn’t really work the 2nd night we were there luckily we had the ceiling fan and the phone in the room wasnt working to call for service.

Walking around was great for exercising. Only down side of property was there was no games to play n unwind while on this resort. Lots of local people which were not told about there kids n guest it was extremely loud in dinning area n out of control.

Had a luxury junior suite very nice ans clean room. The ocean is just steps away from the resort. Downside is you could barely get wait service for drinks at the pool and sports bar unless you went the actual bar yourself. The main swim up bar was under construction but the other pool was nice.

They were under construction, they could say sorry for the inconvenience but nothing , people were not polite.Sandals got stole and an the weekend they had locals and it was a mess.Last time when i was there it was better, that's why i went back but this time i will never go back.

This place has great potential if they make some changes. Rooms are outdated and the tub in the room that you have to step into is definitely a hazard. The food needs work. The rooms are not cleaned well. There are ants in the room. The entertainment is pretty bad. They did have great pools.

Not a true all inclusive resort. Room service is $20 USD, we tried to upgrade our room and explained to the staff we would cover the difference. Only to be told we have to watch a 90 presentation to become a member to possibly upgrade. The swim up pool was closed due to the department of health/safety advising it was not up to code. Limited dinning, no night club, our phone didn’t work in our room. We advised guest services 4 times and no one never came to fix it. Legends bar is boring no good vibes there at all, best thing about the bar was the great service by Domingo. The only aspect that we liked was that we booked a swim up room. Other than that would never come here again nor would I recommend to anyone who is looking for an all inclusive resort.

La recepción fue horrible el recibimiento por la encargada de ese departamento, me dejó 3 esperando como de castigo porque el pago se hizo al momento de la reserva, y se inventó que debías pagar otras vez enseñándole todas las pruebas y Despues de una larga espera por fin entramos y ala salida sacó el dinero sin autorización

We had a wonderful stay overall! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the hotel itself was well maintained. That said, we were celebrating our son’s birthday during this trip and unfortunately didn’t feel any special recognition of the occasion even though we mentioned a couple of times. We also weren’t able to get reservations at any of the à la carte restaurants, which was disappointing given the celebration. Still, aside from this, everything else was excellent, and we truly appreciated the overall service and quality of the hotel.
