Reasonable during the week not worth 100 more on the week end

Have stayed at Park Place many times over the years, it is conveniently located downtown and allows walking to most of the bars, restaurants and entertainment. However, the lack of upkeep and overall aesthetic is becoming hard to justify spending what they charge a night when newer hotels are a few blocks away. Atter checking in, we found the main elevator in the tower was out of service and all customers must share the service elevator with staff. More than once we had to wait for more than one cycle of the elevator due to it being full or only with a couple people and housekeeping laundry bins. After getting to the room, there was a notice that daily housekeeping is no longer offered at Park Place. You can of course call the desk if you need anything, but over $300 a night and no daily cleaning is unacceptable.

The room was very clean. Customer service was excellent! Staff went out of their way to satisfy our requests. Would go back again. Highly recommend.

The place is run down since the last time I stayed . The bathroom was dirty.

This lodge is absolutely perfect! Whoever planned it out took 100% interest into the guests having a great visit. There is a large tv room with games, tables, poker table, foosball, etc We got to sit with family and visit and enjoy! Then outside you have fire pits, a bar area to hang out in, hot tubs, sauna, bocce ball, cornhole, etc. Such a GREAT environment right across from torch lake ramp. The rooms were beautiful and clean. My only negative of the lodge would be that the pillows were massively tall and thick so although they look pretty, you definitely can't sleep on them or your neck is screwed. We ended up folding up a car blanket we had in the car to sleep on. Just pack your own (which we should have done) and you will be great! This place is very nice and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
