Staff not professional at all, waited about 10 mins for someone to come help when I arrived, wasn’t told about anything just got handed my keys. The door is really hard to open and gets stuck everytime I attempt to open it. The bathroom was extremely filthy. The tube was dirty full of hairs and dirty like it wasn’t cleaned or used before we got the room. when you turned the water on it would just flood the tube. Hairs were everywhere. It’s so noisy and random activity going around outside. Will not stay here again. I would have to say this is by far the worse hotel I ever stayed at by far.

This hotel was okay, nothing special. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay. The room keys had to be reprogrammed several times during our stay. Could use some updating.

Room was dirty with hair on the floor and sink in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush. After I got home I tried to contact the front desk and there is no answer. I had the phone ring for 2 minutes straight without response. This happened 10 different occasions. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pieces of base molding missing throughout the property, 3 of the 4 exercise machines were broken, and the sanitized wipe container was empty so we couldn't even wipe clean the one piece of working exercise equipment. Property is very run down and needs to be remodeled.

This was the first time I stayed in a "hotel" where I couldn't watch TV. They had a dish satellite, and it kept breaking up and freezing. We tried to call the front desk to see if they could assist us, but no one answered. The hallways smell like urine and old smoke to top it off. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Smells Like Smoke on the 2nd Floor

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. I guess this will be the last time. I usually ask for a room on the first floor, but I guess I forgot to when I made the reservation. On Saturday nights in the fall, this place fills up with BYU fans. So they gave me a second floor room down near the end of the hall. It smells like cigarette smoke in the hall and in my room. I sleep with a C-Pap machine, and it will take days to get the smell out of it. We could not open the window to get some fresh air. The bathroom door would not close and there is no fan in the bathroom. From now on, it will be worth it to me to spend a little more money and stay at a nicer hotel. I guess it's a good thing that the window won't open because I am ready to jump

Your hotel was clean and staff were very kind. However the staff thought we had espn on tv but we did not. Also, the bathroom is very uncomfortable and nearly impossible for 2 people to use at same time. Could you reverse the door so it opens into the bedroom instead of the bathroom where it takes up so much room or enlarge the bathroom.

The property was very nice and they have an great breakfast. The issue that I had was that at 1:15am, another guest opened the door to our room. If I had not had the safety latch on the door, he would have walked right in. In the morning, my wife went down and told the worker at the front desk. She told my wife that she would let the manager know. I did not expect to have a free room for this, but there should have been some form of compensation. They should have thought about the consequences if I did not have the safety latch on and had a firearm.

Don’t stay!

First of all, it smelled. The carpet was stained and old there were little gnats on the wall. The bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close. You had to pull up and over to close it. The door to the room from the hallway, the door jam had been broken and instead of replacing the piece of wood, they took the broken piece off and screwed it back on. Which didn’t allow for safe closure. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant. This room by far was a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

Not a single thing in the gym worked , allot of things in the room didnt work either. The breakfast was good, but there wasnt allot, if you didnt get there early there wouldnt be anything left.
