Horrible and tacky

Our stay was amazing 5 stars is too low for this place and the people

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very convenient to get around and explore the island. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality throughout my stay. However, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. While they were professional, the level of warmth and hospitality was lacking, which affected the overall experience. With friendlier customer service, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.

Not worth it

All round good experience

The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia.

Pluses: Convenient, charming, nice bay, fab breakfast, grounds are beautifully maintained staff are great. However, property is showing its age and room TVs barely functional. Some TLC required…
