Pretty average. Decent room in terms of space. Everything worked except the room keys; had to return to front desk. Desk person was slow, indifferent, and unprofessional. Noisy guests in the hall for hours; soundproofing is poor and the desk guy did nothing to quiet things down. Pillows are too hard, as was the mattress. AC was very loud, and the toilet ran every few minutes. Left very early before breakfast, so no ratting for that. Easy to get to, but nothing else nearby. Overall - OK, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Rodent and insect infestations were observed in the guest rooms. Housekeeping services are available upon request, which should on a daily basis. Also, the coffee machine was malfunctioning during breakfast service and there was no other means to get hot water other than to microwave. Aside that, staff are really nice and respectful.

Rooms and facilities were run down. Around the property there was a lot of patch work done. Cracks in the ceiling, paint chipped walls and stained carpets. In the room beds were clean but everything else was just run down. Breakfast was average but a nice offering. Wasn’t terrible for a one night stay but probably won’t be back.

My experience contacting the hotel before I arrived was horrible. I was told my 2 week stay would be cancelled if I didn’t check in before 2am despite having already paid the entire two weeks worth - and not being able to control the time my flight went in. I called again the next day to confirm with a manager. When told he was busy I asked if he could call me when available, but the same gentleman I talked to the day before didn’t take down anything but my name, yelled something into the phone in another language and then hung up on me. The hotel itself was fine, the breakfast lady and the ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the hotel seemed clean enough. Despite having our “Do not disturb” sign off the door for multiple days, we never received any housekeeping. We ended up going to the front desk numerous times for our own supplies. When I asked the manager for some toilet paper, he gave it to me and asked if I wanted room service to come up. I agreed and told him that we’d be leaving the room shortly, but when we got back, it was evident no one was ever sent to our room. The only time we saw housekeeping is when we reported mold on the shower curtain. The lady was helpful and changed the curtain. She told us she’d bring more supplies for the room but we never saw her again. I also wanted to spend my vacation with the pool, which was unavailable the entire two weeks I was there. When I asked about it, I was told that it was due to rainy weather,

Very bland and uninviting lobby. Overall clean and quiet. Breakfast is lacking as was supplies in room. Coffee maker missing pieces. No other choices, like tea bags. Very basic , clean place. Hard to find with construction next door. Easy and quick to airport.

The shuttle driver did not help people with their bags nor was there even room on the shuttle fir suitcases. On return trip we called the Hotel as soon as we landed and they said the shuttle is on the way. The hotel is less than 10min from the airport and we were waiting at the hotel pickup lane for 45min. Same driver, same lack of help with fitting bags in the van. The service is ghetto and should be addressed. Other than that the hotel stay was fine and served its purposes

This is the second time I stay, first time was amazing. Clean and very nice. This time was dirty bathroom and carpet, noisy fridge and air conditioner that didn’t let me sleep. Very unpleasant. The hotel was full and it felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
