This property was my best stay yet is complete with a pool, a fridge and microwave clean rooms comfy bed friendly staff best choice of breakfast. I loved it process msg very but if you can book with them i say the price was reasonable and worth it

Property ground floor had bad smell. The front desk manager, only one person was not pleasant and always gave me hard time. Felt like I have to beg - first the ground floor room she allocated, was filthy and room was not set as clean room. When I reached to front desk, that particular person was not accepting my request and was not rude but ignorant as I went for begging. There was another person at desk, she took me immediately and helped me to move to fourth floor. The room was set for two people, and we were four. When I went requesting additional bath towel, she refused and asked me to wait till 9AM when next staff comes to duty. I had two more families in same hotel as I helped them to book room. If I was alone, would have left the hotel immediately. My trip was kind of spoiled by front desk employee.

Both rooms has water damage and mold. They smelled horrible. When you walked on the bathroom floor water came up through the tile. We checked out immediately and the receptionist was extremely rude to us. They charged us a deposit when we checked in and it was never returned when we checked out. I would highly recommend not staying at this dump.

I have never been to a La Quinta before so I'm not sure what the expectation is for this hotel chain but I was very unhappy with the stay. The room I stayed in had no face cloths or Towels, just hand towels. They do not bring anything up to the room, which if you got in the shower and realized after the fact there is only hand towels is extremely inconvenient. I noticed there was something floating in the drain pipe as I was taking a shower (gross) and immediately got out. I called down to the front desk and the woman at the front was not necessarily rude but she was not friendly either, she seemed as though she was already sick of being there. When I checked out of the hotel the woman the front desk was on the phone chatting with someone the entire time and did not once put them on hold or put the phone down for a moment to see to it that I was checked out properly. The cleanliness of the room overall was subpar at best. I booked this hotel at the last minute for an emergency stay, but i will not ever be booking with this location again.

Run down but great staff

Very run down property. It looks nothing like the pictures. Most of the ice machines didn't work. The property is just old and in need of updating. The staff was excellent and friendly.
