Sleepless Night

There was an intermittent banging noise throughout the night. I assumed from another room or service workers but around 2am I finally found the noise was coming from the vent in the bedroom (I assume some flap on the roof blowing in the wind). Since I checked in late and had to be up at 5am for an early flight it wasn’t worth calling the front desk but I ended up sleeping very little do to the noise so that was disappointing. Occasionally when the window unit would power on it would drown out the noise but that was the only time I could get any sleep.

The hotel has plumbing noise problems and our room was right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy as well. We got no sleep what so ever and we had a long trip today and we are exhausted. I have been really disappointed in Marriott for he last to times I have dealt with you and it will be my last time I will stay at your hotel.There are to many other options for me to pick from to put up with this I had to ask for toilet paper there was none I had to ask face cloths. Who ever did the room did not stock it right. Not happy not happy at all.

The night clerk was a beaming ray of sunshine. Of course, I am being facetious here as they were very rude, inpatient (with the people checking in prior to me), and really needed an attitude adjustment. Not sure this is the public face your brand wants at their front desk.
