The property is lovely and the front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging. Also the valet team was wonderful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and turned us onto 4th Street Live a couple of blocks away. I really appreciated that information. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and will definitely be back next year!

Found dead bugs; no other towels, bed sheets, or toiletries. No clean supplies available, and no one is coming to clean the place, especially since staying in the place for a long time.

Amazing property… I would come back in a heartbeat!

Our stay was average. Queen beds seemed like they were doubles. Rooms could use some updating. Trash can outside was overflowing for over 2 days. Parking was minimal. Is close to the Expo center and various good restaurants.

Bar was awful.

Great room. Very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Love staying when I go to Louisville. Close to everything downtown.
