We stayed there as a group with multiple rooms. First time one rooms TV was not working. They said they would fix it but did not. We came back 3 days later and stayed again. We got the same room. TV still did not work and they did nothing to fix it. I asked in the morning for a reduction in price due to the issues. Was told the manager would call and deal with it. We did not receive any phone call back. Carpets in hallways were dirty. Room was good.

I was charged $20.00 for a hand towel that had a little bit of dirt on it. Rooms were terrible, dirty and run down. Hot tub did not work after confirming that it was working.

The staff at the front desk were very rude, especially the men. We walked by several times a day and no one ever even said hi. They watched me struggle carrying in mine and my disabled mothers baggage and didn't offer to help at all. Also the area is very unsafe. Our cooler got stolen from our truck. It was under surveillance cameras and we told the front desk but they didn't do a thing about it.

On checking three homeless looking drunks checked in with a debit card. We should have left then but we had prepaid on Expedia so thought we'd give it a try. The price is good but not a lot less than the other ones close by... sooo not worth saving a few $. We ended up at a different hotel that was $12 more dollars a night and spotless! The front entry almost always has someone doing drugs. One night around dinner hour there were 7 different groups of people within steps of the entry smoking pot & other substances. My family had to walk thru the smoke to get to our car. We were too scared to ask them to move because we didn't want our car targeted in the parking lot. There is a pool in the courtyard so be prepared for screaming children from 9am-10pm and there are a lot of kids! They run and scream like they are in a kids activity centre and the staff doesn't curtail them, not that we witnessed. I took a tissue and wiped the lamp and light switches and they were all filthy at the edges. No elevator so be prepared to carry your own luggage up the stairs and let's not forget that the stairwell smells like cockroach spray. We checked our room for bugs and didn't find any so I guess it's working at least. The bed was super lumpy. I don't have back issues but woke up with a sore back each morning. We lasted two nights and would never again!

Don't like the stairs, no elevator. No bath mat, so I fell in the tub, fortunately not harmed except for bruises. One dirty sheet the first day. But like that the staff cleans the room every day. Decent breakfast.

It was passable. The hallway carpets are all heavily stained throughout. The morning “ continental” breakfast that’s included was really disappointing. Small stake muffins, bread and cereal juice and coffee was all that was offered. It’s a different style setup with all the tropical plants which was nice. Not much you can do about the noise though. Any noise is amplified by the indoor echoing. We wished that the cleaning staff were a little quieter in closing the doors for vacant rooms early in the morning. Slamming them Closed at 7am onwards was deafening. Sorry to say but we won’t be staying there again.
