Great service started even before we checked in. I wasn't sure if my truck would fit up the ramp to the upper level parking. The staff person outside was very helpful in getting me up and assuring me that my truck would fit. I seen him often throughout the property during our time there which made me feel assured. Our check-in was great, quick, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our server was very attentive, despite the busy-ness of the room, he made sure we had everything needed and was quite thoughtful. The property is old, it does kind of show, our room door was a little bit hard to open and close. It would be great if there were signage around the pool change rooms and area, and perhaps even on check-in, of hygiene...a comment made by a fellow guest on their hygiene made me leave the hot tub immediately. Despite that, I do enjoy staying here when I travel through Prince George, good job!!

The Hotel was great buy we were told by some residents that the area has many homeless that can be quite aggressive. Our room was lovely. The hallways were a little tired.

We had a king on the 9th floor. Silky bright white bedding, fun purple chair and high end bathroom! The shower pressure was amazing! Definitely stay here. Very helpful efficient staff.

We were here for the kids provincial swim meets. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights, all of us got sick on the 2nd days until the last. 1. smell of weeds on the first day already downgraded the hotel and cleanliness; 2. a/c is noisy and felt not clean; 3. coffee machine is dirty and not cleaned; 4. coffee cream were bitten like a mouse had done it (2 x cream); 5. no bottle water; 6. toilet fan is very noisy; 7 tub water drain is not good; Overall, our stay is poor and will not return again. I truly not recommend or book again with same brand in future.

I wish they had better parking for our truck and trailer. I did call ahead of time and they assured me there was lots of room. However, when we got there, we had to make up our own parking spot. I was also surprised that I had to pay for hotel coffee down in the lobby.
