We travel quite a bit (this is our 4th time in Italy) and Hotel Plank is easily the best place we’ve stayed! Mostly due to the incredible hospitality!! We had a long trek on public transportation to get to San Martino and I almost cried when we arrived and they told us they upgraded us to a suite with a balcony and mountain views (shoulder season perks)! But it didn’t stop there—Every single interaction was warm and welcoming, whether it was helping us with the bus schedule or dinner recs or laundry. They always remembered our room # and greeted us by names. One night, I added a couch pillow to the bed because mine was a little flat and when we came back from our hike the next day, house keeping noticed and replaced it with a second pillow without me even asking. The tiniest details can make you feel so special! On top of that, the location is amazing!! It’s just at the edge of town so it’s very quiet! You get unobstructed views and all you hear are the sounds of cow bells. It was an easy walk to the main area of town/bus station/gondolas and a quick ~15-20 min ride up to Passo Rolle. We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back someday! GRAZIE MILLE!

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel La gestione é fantastica come la cucina ottima Camere spaziose e silenziose lontano da caos del centro che é a 2 passi per godersi la natura L’hotel in sé non ha grandi servizi extra ma non ne senti la mancanza alla sera quando ritorni ti senti a casa. Consigliato veramente

Zelden kom je een hotel tegen waar alles super is . Kamer goed & eten als een 5 sterren restaurant. Personeel & eigenaar van jong tot oud super behulpzaam. Ons gevoel is geweldig en wij komen graag terug . Betreft de prijzen, hier kan je met liefde nog genieten
