Helpful staff. Bathroom could be better due to paint condition. Area nearby is a bit rough but ths hotel is quiet and safe.

Excellent people and very good hospitality, property is uniquely located on the Ariau river. Stay was reasonable and family friendly activities.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vista do Lago. The logistics for picking us up in downtown Manaus and taking us to the lodge and returning us to the airport were well organized and everything went smoothly. Upon our arrival, we were warmly received before proceeding to our bungalow which had everything we needed (comfortable beds, air conditioning, towels, a fridge stocked with cold drinks that we could enjoy as needed and pay for at the end of our stay). The meals were wonderful. First of all, there was a lot of variety (including lots of delicious fish) to choose from. The fresh fruit and desserts were also yummy! But the chef also made special gluten-free carb options for my friend. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful and always stood ready to help. The excursions were very enjoyable and we appreciated having a mix of nature-based activities with getting a sense of how people in the village and surrounding areas live. During our stay, there were families with children who enjoyed the small pool. And we all enjoyed the hammocks in the common area. I would return there in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property, centrally located to the theatre and restaurant district. Excellent staff. Highly recommend!!

Hotel got an excellent location. Gate to access is only one way out with people coming in and out . Traffic becomes jammed . Room door couldn’t lock . Even when I try harder. So only card lock . Room as clear. And good. Internet was good too. I travel a lot and any hotel in US or Europe they serve 2 waters per day stay for free. But here they charge $7 for one 16oz I consumed . Not happy Probably it cost them .50c for the bottle. That alone was a do not Come Back Here ✅
