Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Only one of the indoor pools was open and operational. The hot tub was down the first night. I paid extra to check in early and my room was very obviously not vacuumed and i pulled hair off the top of the the tub drai prior to taking a shower.

Natura Treescape Resort
Second stay this year! Excellent staff. Love the natural theme of the rooms. Pool was cool but clean. Small arcade is a bonus. Stayed in main building this time and it was quite noisy but that was from other guests. Spacious room and kids loved the neat bunk beds

I had very little interaction with the staff. Nobody greeted me when I came in the door after I checked in and the room and building as a hole was not super clean and was outdated. Carpets were old and grungy. I even had mud prints from a boot on the floor in my bathroom.

Unfortunately, was hoping to write a decent review. But my family got bed bug bites after our stay. My little one got the worst of it. The complimentary breakfast is only cereal, yogurt and waffles. Bathroom is outdated and could use a more study bathtub, it’s all plastic.
