Clean room, friendly and super helpful staff.

The location was great for us. The room was basic and clean but decor was getting tired. The breakfast food was basic with waffle irons which is the go to breakfast item. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The negative was that this was our first time booking through Expedia. We chose this booking agency because we believed the ads that said we would get the best price. However, we were told by staff that if we had called them directly, the price would have been 35% lower! because we are seniors.

The room smelled terrible. The smell was a mix of stinky feet and an old, damp rag that hadn’t dried properly. It was a very unpleasant smell.
