Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

Best value for money! 10/10 recommend if you want an easy, no brainer vacation with good food and a very very PRIME location. I know the other reviews seem touchy but as an African American female from Louisiana the food is 10/10 in my humble opinion. The staff was always very accommodating and most times we were able to get in quick to the specialty restaurants. Food in Aruba can be pricey, so I believe its worth it to spend extra on this resort to not have to worry about where your three daily meals will come from and the price. ALSO- The drinks are included. We spent a few nights taking shots and playing pool. Definitely reccomend.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Property needs to be updated. No beach access from the Tamarijin, you have to take shuttle to the Divi to be able to swim at the beach

House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite. He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them. He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach. He also had prepared a light meal for us consisting of local food and sat with us at the bar gave us tips on how to get around the island. He was very friendly and showed a great interest in our stories of where we live in Canada and how we moved there from our birthplace. He then gave us a tour of the house and the gardens ect. He was genuinely pleased to welcome us as guests in his home, and we felt like we were staying with family and friends. I would recommend House of Mosaic if you’re looking for something different from the regular hotels.

The room was semi cleaned every day had to call maintenance to fix ac. When booked thru expedia I assume I did not get the same side of building we normally stay in so it was an additional 500.00 to move to the newer building. When asked to stay an additional 30 min to save from sitting in lobby since have three hour rule at the airport,I was told no housekeeping had to get in at 10 am I never saw housekeeping on our floor any day til after noon. Since we were vip and do not drink we got 3 sodas in place of a bottle of wine. When checking out Sugiene was very rude at the front desk We have stayed at this property at least 5 times never left like we did this time Might have to try a new place the next time we decide to go.
