I wish they had more counter space in the kitchen, a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth, paper towels, softer toilet paper, face cloths, better spatula, it was shedding plastic, dogs nearby were barking every night for long periods of time. We were told to put the vent stove on every time we cooked to not set the fire alarm but other people in the hotel were forgetting so we had 3 alarms during our stay that occurred early morning. The staff was very nice and polite and very helpful.

The resort and the staffs everything was nice and I highly recommended and I probably be back soon

Overall our stay was just ok. The room had a strong odor. The light and ceiling fan would turn off and on and different times of the day. I believe the remote to the ceiling fan was programmed to the room above us. The door had to be opened with a lot of force because it would get jammed. This was room 2160 on the first floor.

This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still charged us for the day that we missed. Moral of this is, if I call in advance and was able to check in early it would’ve been fine. But not only that communication was very poor coming from them.
