Very helpful front desk staff who upgraded us to a larger room when we requested laundry facilities. Also directed us to use the underground parking for our car, which is easy to use (you just tap a hotel card to enter) and spared us from worrying about safety. The room was overall clean and well equipped. Air conditioning worked adequately for us in July 2026. We stayed during a Grand Prix weekend so it was busy with lots of teenagers but we weren’t disturbed.

Good stay -facilities good

Make sure you book parking with the hotel. We wasn't told this was a thing and subsequently didn't get parking. There is a pay and display car park which is €1 per hour with a maximum of €13 for the day. Breakfast is free. It is a continental breakfast. I would also like to shout out to Alessandro on the desk. He was amazing. His English is amazing. Air conditioning was just about adequate but it was very hot while we were there.

Booked this hotel for a couple of nights to visit Bologna. Its location is good for the station and old town. The room was spacious clean although a bit dated you couldn’t fault it. The breakfast was everything you could want served in a lovely room. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

Staff were really helpful. Rooftop bar/sitting area was really nice to have a drink before dinner. Good location, quiet but only minutes from the main areas. Room was a really good size, spotless and also had AC!
