The room was too cool for the cool outside temperature so I switched the heat on at 67 Degrees and that was a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was a waffle griddle it was okay.

Room was dirty, hair in the bed where the sheets weren’t changed. Stayed 9 days total with no room service. Complained 2 different days and still came. Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. ...

Quality Inn University
You can’t get a better value for your money anywhere else in East Lansing. Excellent property, close to grocery stores, eateries and other stores. Breakfast was way better than the Marriott AC Lansing hotel where we stayed earlier.
