Never went in the gym. The very best thing is the staff. Front desk, random housekeeping and the repair men, all above and beyond courtepys, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, floor did not get socks dirty. No comfy chair to sit on, no microwave, ac/heater has seen better days. Meh. It was CLEAN, bed was ok. Kudos to the staff.

The only complaint i have is that if people are allowed to throw in room parties a certain area should be designated for such activities. Not around other guests who are not wanting to be around the noise and traffic. I was right underneath a room that partied till 4 am which was not ok considering i could hear every time someone used the bathroom and the loud talking and music all night.

The room was clean but that's about the only positive feature. The water pressure was anemic, the room had one small plastic chair and NO other places to sit other than the beds. This room should have one of the beds removed and a small dinette and a cabinet added. There was nowhere to put our suitcases and the mini fridge was the mini-est I've ever seen. The beds are hard and squeaky as well. We checked out early and went to stay somewhere else. If you decide to stay here, do NOT stay in the "Inn" part. Stick with the "suites" building. Make sure to ask about which building your reservation will be in.

This is a great hotel. Most often love it and have a great time. This time we arrived at 5pm well after check in time and our room was “jumped” by housekeeping. They did an amazing job to ready our room for us but we had to wait 40+ minutes.

The staff? Amazing! The room?? Not so great, also I woke to snoring in the room next door! That was so bizarre and icky! It felt like they were in my room. You could hear a pin drop from any room around you. Beware!

I appreciate the parking included. Very helpful when needing to have an easy place to land when in town to take care of some things. I had asked for a quiet room, but I was on the back side of the Inn across the street and every morning there were the clouds back up beeping of trucks. I thought initially it was just garbage day, but I think it’s across from a warehouse or someplace where trucks load up every day. So…that was not good. Other than that it was fine…I needed a close in more affordable option and Park Lane is like an old school motor lodge that has been updated. I’d stay again but I’d be sure to ask not to be overlooking the loading area. Also, if needing anything like extra towels or what not, you have to go across the street to the “Suites” side. Not fun in the middle of the night when you’re settled in already.
