The staff was really nice, but we did not get the room we booked (they did "upgrade" us to a two bed room without saying anything until we complained, we only wanted a one bed and the extra space) we had no hot water in our room, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold. Call into the manager to discuss not returned.

I searched for hotels that could accommodate 5 guests in a room and this one popped up as an available option. We travel often, and usually hotels with accommodations for 5 will provide two beds and a pull-out sofa. This hotel allowed me to book for 3 adults and two children in a Premium room that says "sleeps 5." However, when we arrived, we were given a room with two beds and a chair. No larger rooms or rollaway beds were available, so my husband was stuck sitting up in the chair all night before our flight the next day.
