Small room. Bathroom did not have enough hot water for two showers. Breakfast room was off limits during the day so no place to hang out besides the tiny room

No communication from the hotel

We tried calling for a late check in HOURS before they said the office was closed.. they never answered the phone. As a result we showed up and of course they were closed. Had to book the last room that was available in Porec for the night after midnight for 3x what we paid for the room here. Have not received any communication back from the hotel after requesting a refund.
