All the services were substandard.

Location is excellent, room is clean and spacious. Limited parking, hence a bit of a challenge if you are driving.

Staff were fantastic making many local travel arrangement for us and advising where to eat and get local provisions. Location is great, in the hub but not too noisy. We were a party of 4, staying 3 nights and we would recomend this hotel highly for the price.

The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectations! The dining hall food was delicious and very generous. The manager was extra helpful with showing me where to exchange currency and buying a converter plug for my American phone and computer. I will be staying here agin! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and good conversation :)

Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well.
