Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

There were some broken things in the room and the women staff were extremely rude

The Hotel is lovely, not huge, but rooms great size. Lift is small but it is fine and works well! The room was Immaculate, the cleaning staff were Amazing!! The room Cleaned every day and clean towels etc, cannot fault! The Breakfast,

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! This was a last min booking because another hotel fell though. The property and staff didn't disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rome with our grown kids and their partners! We got three separate rooms and it was perfect for all of us.

Wonderful, clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast. Simona was so attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this place… esp the suites
