Such a cute little hotel! Would stay again!!

Room was small. Old. Air conditioning did not work and it was 85F out. They gave us a portable ac unit that didn’t work. When we called to Complain we were told unfortunately there’s nothing we can do. Even with the windows open it was hot in this third floor room. The ac was a small unit on the ceiling. The elevator was tiny only big enough for one person with 2 bags of luggage. Location central but this is not a 4 star hotel.

Such a wonderful hotel! We stayed here while celebrating our 4th anniversary and had an absolutely lovely time. The team really stepped up to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, making the whole experience feel effortless. If you want genuine hospitality in Nice, definitely book a room here.

An excellent hotel for exploring Nice, and the wider Cote d'Azure. Perfectly located 15 mins walk to the beachfront, or 10 mins walk south of the main train station, or 3 mins walk to the Alsace Lorrainee metro stop (which goes directly to and from the main airport), this hotel is perfect. The surrounding streets are also quite quiet. There are nearby Lime e-bikes parking stops which are convenient to rent bikes if that's your thing. The hotel is very clean. It has GREAT air conditioning. This is not to be understated - many French hotels really skimp on good/great Air conditioning. This hotel didn't. You have your own Air Con unit in your room, and it can be set as low as 18 C (64 F). The staff were all very (very) professional, pleasant, helpful, friendly. Very welcoming, and offered some great advice for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable. Wholly recommend.

It was a clean room and had a nice beach view and good breakfast. I would complain about how misleading it is compared to the price. The rooms aren’t like what is posted. I got a superior double sea view room but it was so small, different from the photo I saw. They don’t have good room amenities and the shower is really confusing to put hot water. I don’t think it deserves to be as expensive as it was, it was way too expensive for what was given. I expected a little more than what I received. However service of the staff was good and the breakfast was clean and good👌. I think they need to put more effort into the hotel or lower their prices because what I got didn’t feel like 4 stars
