This hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport but I was informed that we weren't eligible for it and would need to take a taxi. The hotel has seen better days and the staff was not helpful. The plumbing was loud and didn't work properly. We were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

A lovely little hotel in the busy University district of Bologna Our Saturday night stay was very noisy as the students partied the night away right outside our bedroom window!! The next three nights were quiet and fine. Our room (106) had a very small shower which was fine for myself and husband, but I imagine people who are not as petite as us would struggle to even get into it!!! The breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful or charming - nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the city…

We found the room very loud, we were woken several times overnight to loud noises. The hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was very average. When we went to find a table nothing was cleared and it seemed the staff were overwhelmed. The location of the hotel was very average. It was difficult to get to the main tourist areas. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you don’t have a car.

A clean business style hotel with helpful staff but tired rooms that need updating, particularly the bathrooms.

In the 38 years, I’ve been traveling to Bologna, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Worn out dirty carpets in the lobby and in the rooms. Very small step up uncomfortable shower with a ratty old shower curtain. Small soap and shampoos. Worn out towels. No toilet paper roll holder to put the toilet paper. on. Dark work area. Air-conditioning doesn’t sufficiently cool off in the room.. The replacement sheet on the bed was stained. All around the worst of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t feel that this hotel was presented accurately by Expedia. I will be very apprehensive to use Xperia in in the future because this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the hotels when I have arrived.
