Our experience with this hotel was not a good one. First thing, we walk open the door to our room and it smelled musty. The first night we were staying we noticed our door would not stay closed. We talked to a staff member about it and got told they would leave a note for maintenance. The next morning when we needed to get out we had to load all of our stuff back up because the door wasn't fixed. When we got back at the end of the day it was fixed but couldn't get into our room at all. Got that fixed later that night. During all this we were never asked about changing rooms. The breakfast is one of the worst we've had. Not due to the limited selection but it was just bad food all together

Staff of all kinds were not friendly. Not even a smile. Not everyone has good days understandable but not one person

The pool was ok only up to 5ft but still a good size facility was clean build is outdated and ac’s don’t blow that cold so if you are hot bodied you won’t like it

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

Such a warm welcome by Dana and Jim and the entire staff! Such a beautiful property with charm and character. Amazing delicious and healthy breakfast options! Will come back!

You are greeted with worn out landscaping and a musty atmosphere upon entering. Not a particularly friendly greeting, but got us checked in. Sticky doors and slow elevators, and random ice machines that did not work. Bitten by ants while sitting in hot tub. Thin walls to hear neighbors TV until 3am, beds need work too, sunk in toward middle. This place needs a serious upgrade, Drury looks great next door, other next door is abandoned restaurant.
