Loved the place. Look for their sign behind the gate and then everything will go well. I liked having my own bathroom and the windows open to let fresh air in. The windows are big and the room large. There is a fridge. It took me one evening to figure out the mechanics of the place. Some keys turn right, some left. If you are from the States, the light system is different, No switches. A great place in a great location. A pastry shop across the street and coffee shop one block away.

The apartment has been furnished with the cheapest of everything. It has the bare minimum you need. We were left 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 small sponge for a 3 night stay. No dish cloth. The bedroom door would not close as the bed was too big for the room. The bed was cheap and creaky. Furnishings and fittings were stained and shabby. Very disappointed.

The apartment was gorgeous. Very clean. Loved the location because it was only a few blocks from the mall. You have a drug store, mini market, liquor store and Starbucks only 1 block away. The only issue I had was with deposit options. You can only use blick or PayPal. The need to have more options

Wallpaper in the room is fantastic. Views from top-to-bottom window are amazing!

• Poor cleanliness and service: Dirty glasses sat in the hallway all night, even though housekeeping was actively cleaning neighboring rooms. In the restaurant, no waiter came to take our order for over 30 minutes. • Neglected room: Damaged towel racks in the bathroom, and what looked like mold in the shower cabin. • Terrible wellness area: The pool is way too small for a hotel this size. Staff do not enforce hygiene in the sauna – guests lie directly on the wood without towels. The Finnish sauna is in a deplorable state (burnt-out wood, aluminum foil showing through the walls). For the price of a room here (far from the center), you can easily get a room in the heart of the city, e.g., at the Puro Hotel, which offers a much higher standard and great service. I strongly advise against it. You can easily find similar negative experiences in other online reviews.

The hotel has a nice location, but the rooms are small, the beds are unclean, the smell isn't good, and the staff are rude and inexperienced.
