The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/ textured safety bars in the showers - even in the handicapped rooms.

Comfortable bed. Pillows need help. Too flat for me. Rudolph in restaurant/bar was super. Caesar salad very good. Wings just ok

hotel was clean with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were nice and Tv large. Loved the fridge We will stay here again for sure

I really liked everything. I’ve stayed there a few times as my daughter lives close by. However, I’ve always experienced loud noises that wake me or keep me awake. Inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hallway or adjacent rooms. Probably not anything the staff can do since it’s random and usually later in the evening but that’s my only complaint.
