Great traditional hotel not far from Victor Hugo's house. If you are walking, it is up a steep hill, but so to is much of St Peter Port! The welcome was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast each morning in the restaurant.

Beautiful spot with a great Resturant. The staff are an asset to the hotel. Service was consistently excellent. We wanted to upgrade/change our room and the staff went out of their way to try and make it happen. We went for the standard room and it was too small for us and would benefit from a new mattress and some TLC. They made note of our feedback and will look to address during their maintenance months. Unfortunately for us the hotel was full but they adjusted our bill and this allowed us to move on a day earlier.
