Excellent meals service very good and friendly staff

The hotel has a beautiful lounge area and dining room. Breakfast staff so very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast delicious. The down side was I had a single room and the decor is dated and the bathroom really too small to be used. It really was a very tight squeeze.

The hotel was in a good location with parking, staff friendly and helpful, housekeeping was excellent and there was a swimming pool but we didn’t use due to not taking swimsuits, I was stay again,,

Staff were very attentive and respectful. Nothing was toomuch trouble. The hotel is in a very central location close to some excellent restaurants.

Staff were amazing. But the hotel itself is down at heel. WiFi didn’t work in our room, which was next to the linen room and very noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was rather poor. Whoever gave it 4*s was very generous. Location is however fantastic. And at the risk of repeating myself, the staff were friendly and helpful, ie amazing

The outstanding features of this hotel are it’s comfort, it’s cleanliness and the efficient and helpful service of the front office and maintenance staff.
