Great room and very clean, but door had a huge gap between door and frame, and there was just a deadbolt, no latch that allows a guest to open door while still secured. If I hadn't been staying there with a friend, I would've felt nervous staying there alone.

The apartment is incredibly fresh, and well designed & equipped. It’s located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by cute coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and the train station- which passes at 7am and around 9am. We didn’t mind the noise, but it’s something to take into consideration if you’re a light sleeper.

Asked for a queen, but the bed was a full at best. Floors were dirty, don't go barefoot, they'll be black. Tiny Itty bitty TV. Not happy won't be back.

We needed a safe place to park our e‑bikes overnight, and the staff went out of their way to lock them up securely for us. The Campbell House is such a beautiful historic bed and breakfast, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Eugene. The location is perfect for walking to many of the fun things the city has to offer, and we especially love how close it is to the river trail bike system and the city’s extensive network of bike lanes. Breakfast is another highlight: a delicious choice of sweet or savory, always served with a warm scone and fresh fruit to start the day right. And when you return, the beautifully manicured lawn and garden offer a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make the Campbell House truly special.

The room was well used but clean. Breakfast fast was good-good gluten free options with gf bread and Cheerios, good fruit. Breakfast staff helpful. The view on the bay side was pretty but traffic going over the nearby bridge was very loud all night even in the room. It made sleep difficult and for that reason alone I would not stay there again-maybe the parking lot side is quieter-I just wanted the view.
