Unfriendly staff pool was not cleaned it was Employee from restaurant had long hair I asked a question and he was rude tell us to use phone to order food basically to not to talk to him Room didn’t have hand soap We might give them a chance hotel is beautiful but not a good customer service

The hotel has been beautifully updated since the last time we have stayed here. We loved how close the location was to shopping and restaurants.

Don't like the water was to duty.

We arrive late at night we felt unsafe,we ask about parking fee they said $45 in 24 hour you can ask PNC parking staff to bring the cars many time you need it We thought it's a great deal they charge us $95 plus $145 why I have no idea we only park for 2 days supposed to be $95 only this is a rip off and a scam I highly said don't even go there hotel room have no clean vents AC fan motor leaking making noise too much noise coming from the outside it's a horrible place good luck
