Still very confused about payment process. Host asked me to send additional money on weird sources. But stay was great!

This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of line. I didn't go on vacation to hear about your financial situation. It's a rental. I'm not taking my shoes off, and I'm not turning the air off when I'm gone. We came into the house at 85 degrees.

We checked in on a Friday afternoon and didn't speak to any staff until we checked out. No one who worked there spoke to us the entire time we were there. Housekeeping is on-demand, so if you don't request it you don't get it. The hotel itself is a little worn and dated, but serves it purpose - only short term. Stays longer than 2-3 days I wouldn't recommend.

Room was clean but the overall condition of the property is not competitive. Bathroom was small, no shelves so the towels and washcloths were located outside of the bathroom, in the room. The sink was also located in the room, not in bathroom, toilet seat seemed as though it didn’t fit the toilet, shifted each time it was used. Outside of the window was full of spider webs so the shade stayed down the entire time. The fridge was a bit larger than a dorm fridge, it was outdated, freezer was full of frost. I won’t be staying there again.
