Rooms had severe cleanliness issues. Hair and unidentifiable crumbs in bed, requested either new bedding or a room change. Staff was friendly and allowed me to switch rooms. New room had even more cleanliness issues. Suspicious white smears across multiple surfaces, something that had been smeared on the wall long enough that it had begun to mold, hair on the pillowcases and clean towels. Stains on most soft furniture, chips and dents on most hard furniture. Both rooms had small safes in the closets, but the batteries hadn't been changed in either of them so they were non-functional. First room I was in had one of those doors that allow for adjoining rooms. The door had been left unlocked when I first entered the room, which means that whoever was on the other side would have been able to enter my room if I hadn't noticed. Mold growing in AC unit. If my schedule would have allowed it, I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. Most disgusting room I've personally ever stayed in.

The parking is an issue. There is no reason why the hotel can't provide a security guard as I've been actually chased by a homeless person and had to get help. The $12 dollar fee is also a problem with paying as the machine has been broken many times. Breakfast was not good, food not hot and waitress could barely take an order. She said "well, it was on the ticket." Maybe she should have gotten the order correct before she brought it to the table. This is just being lazy.

There was issues with the air conditioner.... the room was very warm and the air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night.

The entire property had a wonderful Kentucky feeling to it.

Very good place to say..

Place was under construction. Areas were dark and creepy. Our room was dingy an old. "Queen beds" were more like twin beds. Staff was nice.

The host was very friendly and Sadie (dog) was adorable
