Pigeon Forge Vacation Packages

Pros: Spacious room, excellent hot breakfast in a beautiful communal space, beautiful river with charming, covered bridges, quiet, location was great as it was just outside the busy section of Gatlinburg but still on trolly line and close to the Great Smoky Mountains entrance. Cons: Hard beds, lumpy pillows, drywall coming off the wall, cable cord hanging from the ceiling, moldy freezer, breakfast doesn't start until 8 am, housekeeping only takes out trash and replaces towels - beds not made, creekside room balconies are not individual room balconies - the balcony is a slab of concrete sidewalk that connects all the rooms on that floor. We were told to make sure we keep our door ajar and take our phones if we are outside on the balcony as the doors lock when shut and we would be locked out. Wished the window was bigger on the riverside to see the beautiful view. Pools looked nice, but not heated.

I liked the view

This hotel has earned a permanent spot on my list of go-to places. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable travel experience!

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

The room was clean, and very accessible to the national park

Room ok, location and breakfast great.

The room was clean but the beds were terrible. One of the beds had visible valleys in it so we chose to sleep in the second bed. It was better but not great. Beds could use to be updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The first room they tried to give us was a weird corner room with no window. Felt more like a closet than a motel room. They moved us to another room. On site restrant was very nice.
