The star of this hotel is the incredible architecture, but the staff were also remarkable. The location is very convenient. I’ll definitely be back.

Location, rooms, and staff are very helpful, excellent. Parking essential if you have a car HOWEVER, if you have something larger than a Fiat 500 or Panda, the garage is going to be beyond tight. Fills up on weekends.

Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either. I ended up leaving again to get a drink somewhere else outside. I came back at 22:10 to the restaurant to grab something to eat, the waiter almost refused to let me sit, I then remarked the restaurant (kitchen) was open till 22:30. I was being served with a terrible attitude from the waiter. I used the spa, one steam room is not working, wasn’t greeted at the entrance either and I had to figure out things for myself. For a 5 star hotel there is no excuses to provide for such a terrible service. I expect much more, and this are just the basics things to expect.

The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again.
