Shower was hard to turn on my sister's room. They had no hot water. After a long day on the road. We were all looking forward to our hot showers. The outlet plates were cracked and icky and the electrical stations were all broke and out of order

Front desk staff was very friendly. My room was in the second building and it looked out on a broke down car. The building had an odd smell. There was a window AC which worked but it wasn’t great. Overall it wasn’t a great experience beside the friendly front desk person.

Hotel looks NOTHING like the stock photos that were posted. Booked a king suite. Have a pet and when we went to check in was told because of having a pet we had to get a room in another building. When we went into that building there was a horrible odor and could no longer get the king suite we had booked. If you are traveling with a pet I DO NOT recommend this facility!

Flys everywhere!! At check-in flys were on the desk and landing on her hands. In our room we killed about 12 flys! Gross! Didn’t do breakfast there due to fly experience! Won’t stay there again.

The young lady that checked us in was exceptional. The morning staff was very rude after asking for coffee. Toilet backed up, shower ceiling peeling. No coffee pot in room. Over priced for the low quality of hotel needs updating or lower the cost.

This property sets a new low for economy hotels. Throughout my stay, I only saw someone at the front desk twice. There were poop stains on the sheets. The sink was partially clogged and took four hours to drain when used. The exhaust fan was as loud as a motorcycle. Finally, the breakfast area was dirty, and what little food was there was inedible. I will not be staying at this chain ever again.

Morning lady working the desk was extremely rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her. She wanted to check my ID when I came into the lobby the 2nd morning we stayed there not believing I was a guest. 1/2 an hour later I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee before hitting the road and chastised and told that breakfast wasn't open for another 30 minutes. Customer service was not her strong suit. Ice machine was leaking (and apparently had been for some time), the lobby bathroom toilet was was leaking water on the floor. Room was clean but the property has declined in the past couple of years.

Disappointing Stay

I had to use the phone provided to get someone to finally come to the front desk when I checked in around 9 pm. The TV was on when we entered the room. To turn it off we had to unplug it from the wall. There were no cups in the room which makes it hard to take medications both evening and morning. It was below the standards usually expected from a Baymont /Wyndham property.

Cleanliness of the property in general was poor, but it didn't even look like our bathroom had been touched prior to showing up. Asked for an extra pillow, there was none. Was only given two towels. When asking for more, it was an obvious imposition. The towels were about the quality of shop towels. The halls and office areas are hot.

Most of the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. However, the property needed some work. AC was out in the reception area. Water was leaking under the flooring in the shower area. Outside door to building was left propped open.

Arrived to A/C being broken in the lobby along with it being dirty and smelly. The carpet in the hallways were heavily stained and had not been vacuumed in awhile. When we got to our room, there were feces in the toilet. Needless to say, we left!

They gave us our room and we got the air conditioner going and headed out to get something to eat. When we got back the air conditioner was making a loud noise. We notified the desk and she came and agreed it was loud and moved us to a new room. It was nice to have it settled quickly and with no fuss. The check in lady was nice, the breakfast lady must have been having a bad day.
