If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

There is a resort fee per day, on top of 150 they need for the room Just an fyi. The front desk ladies were very helpful and nice but the one of the over night men couldn’t have a worse attitude up front I wish I got his name. The pool closes at 7 and it’s not located at this hotel it’s at the building behind it and the bar is also located not actually at this hotel. Elevator worked but very loud so we heard it every time it went up or down. And the walls are paper thin so it didn’t help. They say it’s every 3 days they clean but knocked on our door every morning and the lady was very friendly. Wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but I don’t think I’ll be back. Only plus is the location because the beach being across the street

We really enjoyed the Presidente Hotel and its proximity to the beach and dinning options. Our room was wonderful and we were able to also enjoy a sunset from the rooftop pool. My wife and I would highly recommend

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

It felt really cozy. Its in a prime location to everything. I would return.

Hot tub broken, toilet seat not even connected to the toilet, black mold in closet, stench like rotten musty mold the entire time, entire place is run down like an abandoned property. The only thing that was good was the pool

The room is nice, but the bed sheet was dirty, with a few pieces of hair on it and some make-up residuals. I called the front desk to request a change of bed sheet, the front desk said there is no housekeeping services at that time so I'd have to change my own sheet... The front desk did not even apologize for the dirty sheet, and she was just standing by the door watching me taking off the dirty sheet. The garage parking card also DID NOT WORK. It worked for the first time when I entered the garage, but then it shows status invalid when I tried to drive out. I had to ask for help using the kiosk and have them check my pass number. Later I asked for a new pass and it still did not work, so I was stuck at the kiosk for ten minutes waiting for them to validate stuff. Staffs were friendly, but there were some problems that need to be solved.
