Family of five traveled from Chicago, IL it was a great experience with excellent service and staff members. We booked sunset deluxe with pool view large spacious room comfortably fit all of us. Both breakfast restaurants had fresh fruits and other delicious food options. This resort is located in heart of patong beach with walking distance of everything.

It was a good distance from the main centre of town without being too far, or too close and hearing everything. The resort itself is a bit on the old side, though I believe it is under renovations from what I saw. They gave us an amazing upgrade which was much appreciated! Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of options for every type of eater. The pools were great, though I wish the swim up bar was open for longer! I didnt get the time to try bowling but had I stayed longer, I certainly would have loved to try all of the entertainment and activities. Wish the beds were a little softer, and that we had beach towels to take outside the resort (as most people dont travel with towels), but other than that, this resort is an excellent choice for a holiday in Patong!

I was meant to have a room with a queen bed and single but we had two single beds. Not enough drawer space. Our room had limited English speaking tv channels whilst others had lots. Did not like signing in and out of towels. Breakfast was excellent would be a perfect venue for dinner.

We stayed in a pool access room and liked the value for money. The pool was beautiful, but it was difficult to get in and out for my husband with shoulder issues. The breakfast buffet was standard with a big range on offer. If you're big on cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend it, as its at a minimum, with lots of things looking tired, and needing repairs. The shower in the room is a great size, with great water pressure but water can run into the toilet floor which isca design fault. The room smelled mildewy the whole time, as they often do in tropical places.

We stayed at this resort for 11 nights in a Deluxe Pool Access room. The room itself was the highlight of our stay and the main reason we decided to stay the entire duration. After three nights, we requested a move due to issues with our surroundings, but the hotel was unable to provide us with a comparable room. While we love Phuket, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of other guests. Many were loud, inconsiderate, and disruptive at all hours, including door slamming, shouting, and even smoking marijuana on the balcony above us. Tuk tuks blaring music past the hotel’s side street at all hours of the night only added to the noise. As we were traveling with two young children, this constant disruption was especially frustrating. In response to our complaints, the resort did try to assist by increasing security and offering us a room change, but the alternative didn’t offer the same private pool access we loved, so we chose to stay put. Unfortunately, during our stay, both my husband and I became very ill after eating at the resort, where we had all our meals that day. It was incredibly disappointing to experience food poisoning in the very place we expected to be safe. On a positive note, the kids club was a fantastic feature, and we truly enjoyed the convenience and luxury of the pool access room. However, despite these highlights, the overall experience has left us with no desire to return.
