Great location and price, just didn’t sleep well due to lots of external and internal noise. There were a few people just loitering around outside of the hotel which made me feel a little uncomfortable staying and parking there. Probably just a Phoenix thing.

Lady on reception was lovely. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Towels were tiny. No coffee available anywhere. The area didn’t feel safe. The door frame in our room had obviously been broken and not replaced so could easily have been broken into again. Very noisy with traffic and homeless.

Great hotek if going ti any of the nearby venues especial to Arizona Financial Theater. Love this hotel and its locations.....its not the Ritz you get what you pay for, however if not expecting extravagance then this is the place.

Honestly, the room was quite filthy, you can definitely tell they do not have an actual housekeeper, and they probably go in the rooms themselves to clean up. Walls, doors, floors, just everything was caked in gunk and filth. Their sign claims free HBO, yet we did not have a working TV at all. We would turn it on, and it said no signal, the remote buttons were not responding at all, and when it did let us go through the inputs, none of them had a single anything. Just said no single on all of them. So no tv all night and honestly a pretty disgusting room cleanliness wise. Tons and tons of obvious drug deals going on in the rooms surrounding. Didn’t feel very safe, and just overall would never come here again.
