For us IEM is in a great location, but the age of the room and equipment is showing. The room was loud due to HVAC equipment that we surmised was for the unit below us. Since we could not control it, we really did not get a good night's sleep either of the two nights we were there. Everything about the room can use an update.

Room was clean. Need more wash clothes in it. We had 2 for a 5 day stay and its a pain to always go to office for more. This place does not have daily housekeeping and requires 24 hour notice if you want room cleaned. It was an extremely quiet place to stay!! It is older and has no elevator, so it couod be difficult for disabled or elderly.
