Ann Marie was awesome and a great host and cook! Amazing views of pikes peak and local wildlife

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there.

The room was very modern and clean with all of the amenities and the staff was absolutely amazing. It’s a great spot to stay for access to pikes peak and parking was literally around the corner from the room. 10/10 would stay again

Economy room not much in terms of amenities. No refrigerator. Property is gorgeous with lots of activities. nice hiking trail on the property. Check in real quick interview. I would recommend with the economy release. That there would be an option for refrigeration.
