It just didn’t meet my expectations for a resort. Dining options were limited and expensive. There was only one breakfast place. Pool was nice but crowded. The lake and surrounding property is beautiful. Be sure to take the boat tour of the lake.

Overall, the stay was great! The hotel is beautiful! They have large rooms, comfortable beds, and supportive pillows. My only complaint is not about the hotel; it’s the valet parking. They parked my car, but the next morning, I had to leave before they started. I had to retrieve my vehicle from the valet lot myself. No big deal, but I was charged full price for the service. There were no other parking options. Would still stay again. Just disappointed.

Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.

The man at the front desk (maybe named Josh) was excellent, patient, and very accommodating. This facility is an older facility, but the rooms have been re-done. The room was a good value - it had a micro, refrig, and was clean. This place is not the Hilton, but you get all you could possibly need, without having to pay Hilton prices. I have already made reservations to stay here when I’m next it town. Stay here, you won’t be sorry. I would suggest that you might want to get a room that does not face the highway. Also, there was no elevator, so if you get a room on the second floor (which I did without any difficulty, and I’m 73) just make sure you are willing and able to walk up the steps.

Not the greatest experience I paid for a suite got a queen instead I guess they gave my suite away. They didn’t have enough towels and rags in room. Eggs and bacon and sausage was over cooked.
