There where children running up and down the halls,playing hockey in the halls etc. not a great experience. The hotel is great otherwise, the staff has no control over the guests but should not allow for children to play in the hallways it is unprofessional some people are trying to sleep.

I came at the busiest time of the weekend with hockey teams and philly’s Super Bowl parade, so it was expected to be busy but even through that it was peaceful and easy to deal. I’ll stay again

The woman at check in was very helpful and professional. I do not understand the $20 charge for incidentals and it is still listed as a charge on our credit account. I was surprised at that charge. The hotel was very clean, pleasant, quiet and a very nice place. We were very pleased.
