Have stayed there before and never a charge for parking. Was my go to in the area. Got hit for the charge and then was made to go back to my car (down a floor) to put a paper on the dash. I was tired after a 12 hour drive. Not a happy camper. Told if I did not put the paper on, the car would be towed.

Called staff to come help us with the janky ass fold out bed, put me on hold twice, told me they'd be there in ten minutes, called 45 mins later. Very bed service. Front desk very inefficient. Never told us wifi password, never told us about breakfast or check out time. Seriously?
