After I got in bed I heard a loud rattling noise which I thought was the AC. When I opened the window curtain I saw that the window was completely open and the noise was coming from an outside AC unit across the walkway. It ran for another 30 minutes before it quit.

No AC

The rooms were minimally clean, there were fresh towels, and toiletries. The main problem was that the Air Conditioning was not working. The temp was set to 64’F and the actual temp was 79’F. It was very hot and humid during our stay in Philadelphia and we could not get comfortable. After notifying the front desk I was told they had no maintenance staff available and our rooms could not be switched because the hotel was 100% booked. The next morning during checkout I was told that there were rooms available and they did not know why we weren’t switched. They left a message for their manager but as of today we have not heard anything.

Absolutely a place i would never stay again!! disgustingly dirty! I had to be switch 3 times. Each room was nastier than the last. First room TV did not work. next room the couch was filthy with stain all over it and torn! Last room couch and carpet filthy beyond belief.

The room was dirty, no air conditioning, I complained and was told there was nothing that could be done.. tv didn’t work in any rooms, hairdryer didn’t work, I really believe I should get at least one night free.. the temperature in the room for 2 nights was 78 degrees, the room had a strong odor of pot and my children have asthma.

I had a reservation for three and there was only bath equipment for two coffee cups for two towels for two the second bed had no sheets blankets pillow I called for help and no one answered. I went to the office and requested everything that was missing and the office staff handed me the missing items and never offered to take them to our room. I also was told to give them a 100.00 deposit and when I checked out I was told it would be returned in a couple days. I don’t think I will ever go to this hotel again.

The room was not very clean, the carpet looked dirty. I suspect that the sheets were just flipped over as they were on the bed inside out. They didn't smell clean and they looked like they had been slept on. I didn't get in the bed but slept on the top in my clothes. The vents were full of dirt and the pull out couch looked like it was broken. The bathtub was stained and the shower curtain rail was hanging down a bit so water got on the floor as the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The lady at the desk was nice and it is in close proximity of the airport which is great, but I contemplated finding somewhere else to stay but I was exhausted so stayed. It is a cheap place to stay compared to other places but you get what you pay for.

The property internet was in and out every five minutes for the whole week that I stayed. Everyone complained! No one ever came to bring me new supplies I had to go to the front desk to ask for some. There wasn't any Wi-Fi in your suite to connect too. I would never recommend this place other than its cheap! But you get what you pay for!

Easy, quick, and cheap by the airport but you get what you pay for. A/C did not work. Room was musky and smelled like smoke. No water pressure. Shower was worn down and dirty.

Booked a non smoking room, but was given a room that smelled badly of smoke. Could not open a window, it was jammed. Tried to move rooms, but was told there weren't any. I could not stand the smell, so I had to look for alternative hotel, late in the evening. I was told there would be no charge, and when I asked for receipt, was told one couldn't be provided as there was no charge. Next day, the manager charged my card for one night stay. When I called to discuss this, the same woman who assured me there was no charge, said the manager changed his mind, and it wasn't her problem. I'll never come back here. Dirty hotel, smelly room, and the worst thing of all, dishonest employees. Manager still will not take my call. Or Expedia representatives' calls.
