The staff is always so kind and helpful, and the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The ease of dropping off a rental car (Avis) at the hotel location is excellent. The shuttle to the airport is great, and every driver we have had is kind. This has been our 4th stay, and we have never had any problems.

Hotel OK, restaurant catered to celiac diet well!

We had to stay here because we were stranded in Philly for a couple of days. Check in staff were great and provided us with a large enough room for our family. The rooms are a bit dated but everything works fine. We were really worried about the food situation in the restaurant for one of our family members who has celiac disease. We are so grateful to Chef Marvin who provided outstanding service making sure our family member had food options that were safe for celiacs. He personally came to our table and reassured us and really took the gluten issues seriously. on another occasion the kitchen actually called him at home to check if certain ingredients were gluten free. We are very appreciative to him - a real asset to the hotel restaurant! The waitresses were also great and very caring and reassuring regarding dietary needs.

There was a power outage in the middle of the night - I couldn’t see when I had to get up for the bathroom - nobody answered from desk phone - it was scary

The food availability (later in the evening) was great. Access to free WiFi was essential for our trip and the hotel felt secure (with guest cards required for entry to lodging floors). Check in was fast and easy considering how busy it was. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When it was time to go to airport at 5:30 am, the driver of the transportation van was missing and not answering his phone which meant that me, a woman 75 yrs old alone, had to walk with luggage to airport terminal. The rest of the staff was excellent

Buy toiletries before leaving airport

The ONLY downside was their store had no deodorant, face moisturizer or any other toiletries that a stranded traveler would need. Otherwise, very comfortable beds, fantastic restaurant and all staff were courteous!
