Exceptionally poor service from the night clerk during check in, no prior notice about a 200 dollar hold. Failure to inform me about the parking voucher when checking in. Amenities in room poor. TV signal poor in ESPN, room water has funny taste. Morning check out clerks were good.

This is a perfect hotel to stay at when you have an early flight out of Philadelphia. The check-in was very fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean and surprisingly quiet despite looking over the runway. We didn't have any drinks at the bar; however, we did eat in the restaurant. My husband wasn't happy with his meal. Said the sandwich was a bit dry (turkey club). However, my smash burger was one of the best I've had. Wait staff at the restaurant was friendly and accomodating. Shuttle service in the a.m. was very good and again, driver was friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived on a red eye flight and did not check in until 1230 am. The staff at that house was very kind and welcoming. The rooms aren't as nice for the price you pay. But then again it was SOOO convenient that's more what you are paying for. We flew American so the hotel was literally 5 minutes from where we got off. Clear signs to the Marriott and follow the bridge over, super smooth and worth it to get the extra hour or two of sleep.

if you need to stay just overnight and jet off to another location early, the hotel is close to the airport --walking thru covered areas about 6-7 min. Otherwise the actual rooms, common areas and dining options are nothing special. And no other dining nearby.
