I stayed with a friend for two nights. Checked out this morning. I had an accessible room as I use a walker and my friend has mobility issues. I also have a placard for my car. I was frustrated when i returned from a concert last night to find no accessible parking spaces available. There are only 4-5 on the front side of the building. The lot was packed as I needed to park 5 rows from the building off the Cracker Barrel end of the building. Perhaps if someone is staying in an accessible room and is designated as such by the state, they should have the reassurance of one of these spots being assigned during their stay. Another option is to designate more parking spaces as accessible. Besides this, the stay was enjoyable and the staff professional and engaging.

The place was clean. The people were friendly and professional. The breakfast and fresh coffee each morning was a treat. The food host kept the place clean and well stocked. Really impressed and i would stay there again.

In August 2025, I stayed here with my family for two nights. The room was in excellent condition, and the kitchenette was a great addition to the amenities. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming. There were limited options, and it took a while for the staff to replenish what little they had. Most of the food was set up on one side of the lobby, forcing guests to form a long line for self-service. Depending on the crowd, you could easily miss breakfast altogether, as the staff promptly draws the curtain at the designated end time. The two waffle machines were slow and inefficient, and the grits ended up being the only thing I truly enjoyed. The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which felt excessive given the hotel’s relatively isolated location. It’s not a busy area, so paying that much for self-parking didn’t seem worth it. That said, the staff were friendly, and the location was easy to access. I’d recommend Home2 Suites for those who don’t mind the parking fee and can get up early to make the most of breakfast.

The hotel and hotel staff were amazing!! Breakfast was ok, the waffles and coffee were delicious but other than that the options were very slim. There weren’t many things nearby either, but the hotel itself overall was great. We were super comfortable and even our pup felt very welcomed. We were super happy with our stay.

Great stay overall, did find that the pull out sofa bed wasn’t cleaned properly as we found garbage in it, and the washroom has old hair around the perimeters. Other than that staff were great place was nice and quiet

We only stayed one night to attend a concert. The staff was friendly and the gift bag with water and snack was appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not go to breakfast but did walk to the Cracker Barrel Restaurant next door. I would return in the future.

Our stay over all was not horrible. However we were there for 4 days and did not have maid service once and the pool closes at 7:00pm which was a huge bummer for my kids. Other than that, everything else was good.
