Good location to Convention Center, Reading Market and Hop-on/Hop-off bus. Great staff. Clean. found the buffet breakfast to be disappointing. When I stayed there it was full of families and some elements of food ran out. The only other are either in a breakfast sandwich, in an egg paddy, or hard-boiled.

Great Location, Good Quality Hilton!

We spent 3 nights in Philadelphia to see friends and go to art museums. Location of the hotel is good for us- across from market, close to transit and shopping. Hotel is newly decorated, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean; we especially appreciated the well-designed kitchenette. Only complaints: WiFi was bad (cut in and out and sometimes couldn’t send essential email). The a/c in the lobby and breakfast area was not working enough to beat the outdoor temperatures in the 90’s. It was miserable to wait or have breakfast there. Most of all, we felt very sorry for staff working at reception or cleaning the areas!!

The location was nice, many things to walk to. The lobby was beautiful and staff friendly. Our room looked nice when we first walked in, however there was a huge rip in the sofa with the insides exposed. 4 ppl were booked for the room and only had towels for 2. Shower was a little dirty. Pillows were just lumps of fluff. Staff was very accommodating however!

Alicia was amazing as we checked it. The rest of the team was pretty nice and make us feel welcome. Our suite was comfortable and fridge was pretty big. The location was perfect with a lot of amenities nearby. The area is very safe to walk. The pool was clean but small. Overall our family was content. The AC in the main area lobby was on low so it was a bit hot to eat breakfast, however it was a good stay for us.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s a great location in general. There are a little issues with the rooms getting a bit tired although I love the layout and the amenities of the rooms. They should forget the breakfast, it’s not very good. Also, being directly across the street from the Reading terminal market, why would you eat in the hotel? My biggest complaint is that they don’t keep the lobby cool at all. It’s primarily laid out for the breakfast crowd, but it will be a nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee if it wasn’t warmer than outside. I’m sure the staff doesn’t like it that way.

Family trip in Philadelphia

We were there for a family trip. The bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed not that much but I wasn’t t expecting that much because it was a sofa bed. Over all my staying was very nice and the emplacement was wonderful.please take note that there is no parking at this hotel and the parking next is very expensive.172$ for 2 days in Canadian money plus the ev charge another 50$
