I am so upset by this. I accidentally booked the wrong night on Expedia and immediately tried to correct it to the correct night (6/21- which is booked). I’m being charged and I did not stay. I literally tried to cancel within one minute. This is terrible business all around. I’m disgusted by customer service at both Expedia and the hotel

The room was very disappointing. When my family and I arrived I noticed hair in the bathroom sink, somehow there was hair on the wall of the bathroom. The soap dispenser was empty. The couch appeared to have some old stains on the arm rest. The sheets of both the beds, as well as the pillow cases had hair on them. I was given new linen by the front desk. But the cleanliness was very disappointing.

My only complaint was that I had to wait several hours for a room to be available for me after I arrived from a long flight and needed to rest. I was informed the reason because there wasn't enough workers in housekeeping to prepare a room since my time to checked in was scheduled at 4pm. Overall, I enjoyed everything else except that experience.

The bathroom door was broken and didn't lock. There was no tooth paste provided. We stayed from Sunday Morning until Wednesday morning and even tho we were told at check in that the room would be cleaned every other day it never was cleaned once. Everyday we would leave at 8am and be back in the late afternoon and we'd come back to an uncleaned room. 5pm on Tuesday we asked for towels and the staff said they didnt have any for us. We used the same towels for four days. Upon checking in we also witnessed staff rudely talking to some vistors and talking about guests with other staff and the staff member said "I will fight them" when referring to the guests.No one was at the desk when we checked out. A guest spilled a sugary drink in the elevator and it took a long time to be cleaned and the next day the elevator still smelled of it and the floor of the elevator as sticky.The key cards rarely worked, to acess the pool a guest that was already inside had to open the door for me and he expressed having the same issue, that the key cards didn't work to open the pool. In the elevator you'd have to tap multiple times to get the keycard to work to be able to press the button for your floor.Complementary breakfast was a mess and a free for all. Very chaotic and disorganized, so much so we unfortunately had to instead eat breakfast out. Lastly I could not benefit from any of the perks offered on the Hilton app despite it being a Hilton property. No digital key or early check in.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so troubling that I feel compelled to warn others. We got stuck in the elevator with six other people for over 30 minutes, trapped between the 6th and 7th floors. We were sweating, and scared. Once we were finally freed and had to take the stairs to our room, things only got worse. The room was far from what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. The couch had visible holes, the lamps were broken, there was dirt on the walls, and all the towels were wrinkled as if they hadn’t been properly laundered or folded. It felt neither clean nor cared for. We ended up leaving because we no longer felt safe or comfortable staying there. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. I cannot recommend this place and hope management takes these concerns seriously.

The hotel room itself was perfect for what we needed for our trip. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool and it was close to the concert venue we were attending. After checking in at 6 pm the pool was closed shortly after because there were too many people and it was hazardous. This is understandable for adults, but was heartbreaking for our kids (4,3,1) who waited all day after a 3 hour trip to go swimming. The employee had told us they were going to open up about an hour later. With 3 small children we obviously were not going to be able to return. We returned at 7am with the hope that there would be fewer swimmers and our key cards would not allow us access. Eventually we were able to get in and enjoy the pool time for a brief period before breakfast. Then around 10 am we began to prepare to depart and all but 1 of the elevators were out of service. It took almost 45 minutes for us to make multiple trips with little ones to load our vehicle and check out. We additionally had issues with the parking lot next door not providing us with a ticket upon paying Saturday evening and then being forced to pay again on Sunday in order to leave. This being said the employees at the hotel were very helpful and courteous. When we arrived they greeted us warmly and even provided our small children with snacks to welcome them. It was unfortunate that the circumstances were what they were because the hotel was exactly what we were looking for otherwise.

Phlash bus is an affordable way (seasonal) to see top sights like the Art Museum, Liberty Bell and the Betsy Ross House.

Found mouse droppings in bedding. Walls dirty and faucet buildup and sink clogging. Booked for 3 nights and immediately left this hotel upon checking in. Staff unprofessional and rude. Customer service was awful. The health department needs to conduct an inspection of this location.
