we received a confirmation email stating check in was at 3pm upon arrival at 4:20 we were told check in was 4:00 but our room was not yet ready - at 4:50 we got our room- perhaps they are short staffed or understaffed for a sold out hotel but it was quite confusing and frustrating

This property has come a long way! Before it became a Holiday Inn, it was in terrible condition. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and the helpfulness of the entire staff. However, I was disappointed to see that such a large property has only two handicapped parking spaces.

This hotel was average. The staff did not stand out. They did not make conversation or seem happy. The room was fine. I feel stating you could see the stadium was a stretch. It was a mile away and you could barely see it from our room. The elevator was slow. The air seemed humid inside.

So close to the Phillies baseball stadium that we could have walked. Instead we made the five-minute drive! The room was comfortable, but the bathroom door was too big for the frame and had to be pushed hard to close. That’s pretty noisy if one person uses the bathroom while the other is trying to sleep.
